
Wroclaw University of Technology (WRUT) robotic companion called FLASH (Flexible LIREC Autonomous Social Helper) was designed and built within the EU FP7 LIREC project.

The final FLASH's appearance and functionalities reflect a balance between human expectations, results of psycho-social experiments, and possibilities of modern mecha-nic/electronic/computer technology.

FLASH enables experimental verification of project technologies in social environments (series of HRI experiments).

FLASH was presented during many events, that have reached business, academic, youth, political and general audiences.
